Zendexor and the Old Solar System

by Dylan
(Illinois, Wisconsin)

I was reading over some of the articles I have penned on this site, and although I do not make it a habit to be too hard on myself, I found that when compared to the official pages, my writing reflects my inexperience.

However, rather than takes this as a bad thing, anther thought occurred to me. Zendexor's articles are easy to read and often entertaining, why should he not have written an OSS story before?

So I ask you, Zendexor, have you ever put an OSS tale to paper? If you have, good, share it here! And if not, well, why the heck not? A good way to keep the genre alive is to write stories in it ourselves!

If you were to post a story (perhaps a Jupiter tale?) rest assured that I at least would no doubt enjoy it thuroughly, regardless of how you might perceive its quality.

Ideas re posting a story
by: Zendexor

Dylan's "inexperience" does not prevent his pages from getting more hits than many of mine - as I am in a position to know, from my daily statistical displays. For example, currently this month, the following out of the top 10 are Dylan pages: "The Jungle Moons" (number 3), "Feeling naked on Titan response" (number 4) and "A Barsoom and NSS Mars matchup" (number 9).

Now, about posting a story: how about a collaborative effort, Dylan? I could get the thing started by posting a few paragraphs; then you could comment and/or suggest the direction the story should go and/or write some of it in a Comment, which I could then tack on to the tale. We needn't decide on the story title straight away; might be best to see how it evolves.
